Refund and Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking by contacting us. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the suppliers, our partners or service provider.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are subject to the terms of the service provider (our suppliers & our partners). Some bookings may be non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Fees
We may charge a small service fee in addition to any fees charged by the suppliers or partners.

4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 7 to 21 working days to process, depending on the provider and payment method.

5. No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your booking without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

6. Changes to Bookings
Changes (such as dates or names) may be possible but are subject to availability and additional charges.

7. Cancellations by Us
If we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative or a full refund.
